Hello Tuesday peeps! Have you been keeping tabs on the Artemis II Moon Mission? The hubby is obsessed with it, so he’s started getting me interested in it as well…heh! He watched the original mission like this one back when he was a kid, and has been excited to see much better images now that photographic options have greatly improved over the multitude of decades. 😆
We had a wonderful Easter feast thanks to our local barbecue place here in town – they always make the best brisket! My favorite is Burnt Ends, but we got delicious (giant) herb-butter prawns as a land-and-sea option with our brisket. 😉
I still make Easter baskets for the hubby and (adult) kid, though not quite as elaborate as I’ve done in the past – I’ll have to dig up the pics from when the kid was actually a kid and how I – ahem – kinda went overboard each year. 😅
The favorite part, of course, is chocolate, which everyone loves best. I even make a basket for myself and my favorite chocolate is chocolate caramel, which is sometimes hard to find, but I managed to! But the most important thing is having dinner together, which we make sure to do every year.
Since I’m writing this on Easter Sunday and still have the aforementioned Easter baskets to put together before the nerd offspring arrives home for dinner, let’s jump to the funnies, shall we? This is hilarious:

We are keeping up with the Artemis II also. My husband works at NASA (Houston). I loved the cat sitting on the drinks. Ring bear cracked me up! As did children drive slowly. Have a great week!
Heeheehee! A friend of mine had parents who used the same cards over and over, too, and they both knew it and loved it. It was their joke, they never bought a card for each other after the first year they were married. One of the kids still has the cards.
Thanks for the great funnies and I hope you got some good rest and family time over Easter weekend.
