Hello, my favorite Tuesday peeps! Things have been super crazy busy yet again – I even got sucked into working almost 7 hours on Sunday, so today feels like it should be later in the week instead of just Tuesday. I only have a couple of clients I make an exception to the rule of no working on the weekends – and of course, both of them needed my help, so naturally, I helped.
The hubby had a gig with the newest band he plays with (he’s the recent addition to their long-term band, they’ve always wanted a pedal steel player, and honestly my hubby is the best in the area. I might be prejudiced, of course, but still a fact. 😅
There’s currently a fill-in drummer for this band, as the ‘regular’ drummer is stuck in Arizona for some reason. It’s kismet, though, as the drummer’s wife is super sweet, and I’ve made a new friend!
They played for a scholarship benefit, and over 300 people were there that night. Pretty cool, and everyone had a great time.
