Speeding Through the Month of May with Random Funnies: Random Tuesday Thoughts

Well hello there my favorite Tuesday peeps! I’m going to sound like a broken record in that time is flying by waaaaaay too fast. Sunday marked the 45th year since Mt. St. Helens erupted here in Washington State – it was a Sunday then, too, which was fortunate (for lack of a better word) as any loggers who would have been on that mountain that day were home enjoying their weekend.

I still remember how surreal that day was – a bright sunny day that turned dark, and suddenly there was ash on everything. It was crazy. Ironically now I live closer to that mountain – hopefully it won’t decide to blow its top again while I’m still amongst the land of the living. 😉
