Heatwave Exit (finally!) and Random Funnies: Random Tuesday Thoughts

Hello my favorite Tuesday peeps! Thank you so much for tolerating my absence whilst I’m buried under a ginormous workload. But good news everyone! (said in my best Futurama Professor Farnsworth voice):

The heat wave has finally dissipated! But shhhh! Don’t say that too loud, or Mother Nature will decide it’s time for another hot flash. 😉 So far as it stands right now, we should be enjoying ‘normal’ summer temps in the upper 70s – I know, right?

Some people in other parts of the country probably think that’s too cold, but I love it in the 70s. When it gets mid-to-upper 80s and then blasts into the 90s and 100s, that’s way too hot for me. I prefer to layer to keep warm—you can only take so many clothes off when it’s too hot!

Well, I actually have some work I need to get done tonight, so we’d better dive into the funnies, m’kay? This cracked me up:
