Hello Tuesday! Hope everyone’s staying cool – it’s been a crazy heatwave all across the country! Mother Nature’s hot flashes can go away any time soon, am I right?

It’s hard to fathom we’re already halfway through July! Where on earth is the time going?

Of course I’m keeping this countdown active, either it’s going to be helpful or annoying – or annoyingly helpful!

Days until Christmas

Let’s dive into the funnies, shall we? I absolutely love this – I sure wish I would have thought about doing something like this when The Nag was young:

  1. Ms. Dolly is sharp and smart and quick, good for her.

Sometimes i’m not sure i want to know what’s going on in my brain, either.

Thanks for hosting, and for the great laughs. Have a wonderful week!

  2. I have actually signed several books (Oh, The Places You’ll Go) for students in the past. I’m so blown away by how parents can keep up with it for 12 years! It’s amazing! Your funnies were awesome today. My favorites were the dog with the mud, The Engine that Could not Even, and Dolly Parton! I sure hope that was true!

  3. That first story, about the girl whose father collected all the stories from all of her teacheres, was very sweet. Fathers are like that…

Thought the Pearls Before Swine cartoon was hilarious.
