Looky here! We've arrived at the final Tuesday of March already! spring is trying to spring forth, but Mother Nature keeps swatting Spring away with cold winds, and a mix of rain and snow. Hopefully we won't have a repeat of last year's April snow that thwarted the growth of cherries on our cherry trees.

I guess I didn't take pics of the cherry trees themselves with their pretty blossoms all covered in snow, I took a shot of our town view from our deck, and the blossomed tree in our front yard:

Apparently there used to be 6 or more cherry trees and 6 or more Quince trees in our yard, but 3 of each were taken out when the previous owners built the deck – which was enclosed at some point and made into extra (jury-rigged) living space when there were apparently 15 people living in this house when it was a rental. Crazy, no? So glad the people we bought the house from had done all the hard work of cleaning up and fixing all the issues those 15 people had created with this house.

6 years in and I'm still trying to get everything set up the way I want it (like setting up my winemaking room, craft room and wine cellar). Hopefully all that will be accomplished before another 6 years flies by at the speed of light! I'm looking forward to warm (and dry) weather in the upcoming months – I'm plotting and planning the perfect timing to have a dumpster delivered to our driveway to do some more major purging. Eventually my stacks'o'boxes everywhere will be reduced to nothing and I'll finally be able to relax.

Once I get the house finally set up the way I want, I think I might hire someone to come do regular cleaning. Too bad Messy Mimi doesn't live in my state, I'd hire her in a heartbeat! Let's jump into the funnies, shall we? This is on par:
