Another rainy weekend in the Pacific Northwest – apparently Mother Nature is attempting to break records left and right this year. Generally, we’re in ‘dry-out’ mode by the beginning of June, but apparently Mother Nature figured we needed more of that wet stuff.

I’m OK with that, though, because the alternative is worse – either drought conditions or heaven forbid we get the extreme heat wave we did almost a year ago, so if the alternative is more rainy days, I’ll take ‘em.
