Last Week of Standard Time; Seattle Lights Up for Ukraine; Random Funnies: Random Tuesday Thoughts

Hello Tuesday! For those of you (me me me) who prefer ‘standard’ time to Daylight Saving Time, enjoy this last week before our hour is snatched away from us this weekend. I can never seem to sync my internal clock to DT until they give us our hour back in the fall. I’m usually draaaaaaagging the first couple of weeks. Sure, it’s nice to have it stay light longer in the day, but honestly, when summertime comes, I’m not happy about it being full daylight hours at 10pm, especially since I need total darkness to sleep well. Or at all.

How many of you are Daylight Saving Time fans?

My heart goes out to the Ukraine – so mad at Russia right now. I love that my city lit things up in support of Ukraine:

Hate what’s happening over there right now, very proud of my home city and the beauty they expressed in support.

So last week was a crazy week, this week is even crazier – but there’s a light at the end of the tunnel, and it’s not a train! So there’s that.

Meanwhile, I’m running late at the time of this writing, and actually have a work meeting in about a half hour from now (yes, it’s after business hours, but it’s a favorite client, and we’re doing a huge workshop super early Tuesday morning as well as late in the evening, too, so we need to triple check technology to make sure we can rock’n’roll with no glitches – wish me luck!) On to the funnies!
