Hello Tuesday – it is still Tuesday, isn’t it? Well here in the Pacific Northwest it is, hopefully it’ll still be Tuesday for my peeps out east by the time I get this posted. Better late than never, but sheesh! Work has been really hammering me – I really would like to see the light at the end of the tunnel, and hope it’s not a train! Last week – my birthday week no less – I logged 53 hours. I was hoping to take at least a day to celebrate, but that wasn’t in the cards this year.

I’m making sure to block off my birthday next year and will not be working that day – it’s on a Friday, so I plan to party that day/night/weekend. 😉

I did, however, spend 3+ hours putting my string of 1000 lights on my Charlie Brown Christmas tree over the weekend – I worked from the bottom up, and realized I was going to run out of lights, so stretched ’em out a bit at the top:

I’ve ordered another (smaller) string of the same lights to fill it out at the top – and give the dinosaur more lights to play with. Should be here this week, so I’ll share those next week for sure – I might actually get decorations on the tree, too!
