Tuesday has arrived, and I’m sitting here, staring at a blank screen but no words are coming. Honestly, nothing remarkable (or unremarkable) has happened in the last week – that’s either a really good thing, or a really bad thing… I have yet to determine which!
Those who know me know that I’m usually never at a loss for words – something about being cooped up at home for hours on end – previously with toddlers, now teens (gulp!) when I find myself in a social setting (which, let’s face it has been null and void since covid reared its ugly head, so ‘cooped up’ mode doubled down) but I tend to relish conversations with, you know, actual adults – but when I find myself in the midst of said conversations, I seem to unleash a word torrent and end up rambling and feeling like a fool because then I’ve talked too much or said too much.
