Final Tuesday of this short(ish) month! While each and every week of February has been crazy busy on the work-side of things, this final week is the craziest, busiest of them all. I’m going to need a vacation after this week for sure!
But I certainly can’t complain – I’m very happy that I’m busy with work, I know there are many people out there who were downsized or laid off because of the pandemic, so I feel very blessed.
The snow from last weekend is of course merely a memory, but I’m still using this image from that snow for my virtual background for all my zoom meetings:
I’d use this one, but it didn’t quite work right, since it makes it look like Maxwell’s trying to lick my head:
Guess it could be an ice breaker, though! Get it? I am looking forward to spring, though, and hoping things will dry out soon. We’ve of course been inundated with rain, so flash flood warnings abound in our area. I’m glad we live on top of a hill.
So usually I scroll right on by those crazy Facebook ads, because we all know that most of them are pretty much scams, right? I didn’t click on this one, but I had to take a screenshot because if you haven’t seen it, you need to:
I mean, c’mon! Who in their right mind designs these things (and thinks it’s a good idea)?
Or I guess a better question would be who in their right mind would buy those jeans? I just don’t get it.
Speaking of jeans… have you heard that Gen Z is roasting Millennials for their side parts and skinny jeans? I’m certainly not a Gen Z nor am I close to being a Millennial, so apparently I’m of course ‘old’ not just because of those factors, but because I always wear my hair with a side part. That’s never going to change, because I’ve tried a middle part, and it just makes my nose look bigger than it already is. So I guess I’m just gonna embrace the old.
And I’m never going to give up the laughing tears emoji. Not gonna happen. I might use this every so often instead, though:
Let’s move on to the funnies, shall we? This cracked me up:

The young ones fussing about fashion just aren’t old enough to know yet that every fashion will be back, and they’ll go through it, too.
Thanks for the grins, i hope you have a blessed and beautiful day!
Ha! What did you teach? Cracked me up! And that bald eagle. I love that snowy picture you’re using as a background for zoom calls.
Great memes. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful week.
