Hello my random friends! I’m sorry I let the week get past me again – I’ve been putting in extra hours with my Virtual Assistant job, and blog things have been falling by the wayside. But tomorrow (or today, if you’re reading this on Tuesday) I’ll be catching up from last weeks visits as well as today’s. You can count on it!
Meanwhile, I’m doing yet another hit-and-run since I forgot to pre-schedule this post for tomorrow (usually goes live by 8:00 pm on Monday night, but seeing as how the clock is ticking and it’s already 7:59 pm, that’s obviously not happening…heh!) so I saved some funnies for you I’ve run across from various Facebook friends for your entertainment. Random funnies works for a random day, right?
And Cathy, my friend, I saw that you came up with some more awesome ‘getting to know you questions’, and see that you’re going to be doing that weekly, so I’ll definitely join the fun next week!
We’ve had some crazy windy weather as of late, especially along the coastline. An awesome photographer captured this amazing image at La Push, Washington (about 4 hours from where I live, towards the Northern part of the state along the coast):
He commented about this photo:
“A seastack near James Island at La Push this afternoon. Soon after I took this photo a police officer came by and told us to evacuate the point. Too many logs and rocks flying in the high surf.”
Crazy, no? But crazy cool! Though maybe not so cool (to me) the crazy people surfing in that crazy water.
Speaking of crazy… There are still people in the world who seriously believe the earth is flat – so these funnies are particularly funny:
This kitty diagram cracked me up – we have a mix of both types of cats:
And of course we can’t leave the dog lovers out (we have three ourselves), especially for those who’ve been getting snow from Old Man Winter:
And I’m going to just leave this right here for you:
That’s a wrap for this week – you know the drill, link up and join in the fun, everyone is welcome, random or not. And that means even if you don’t have a specific Random Tuesday Thoughts Rebel post posted, you can still link up, I’m not picky. You don’t even have to add the badge, just link up so I can come harass you on your blog. I promise to play nice.

Loved your cat cartoons! And that “stack” thing was crazy cool!!!! But I would’ve gotten outta there pretty quickly!
I’m up for adventure, but no way I’d surf in that!
I have two cats and that meme is an exact representation of each one. Trader Jimmy loves, well, love and Misty is totally the first cat in the diagram.
Stacy,
A seastack?! I thought it was an iceberg but off the coast of Washington? What is a seastack? I’m gonna have to ask Google. That last meme had me rolling (almost) on the floor. My first thought, well played by the female driver. That’s one way to get out of speeding ticket. I hope I can remember this if I ever get pulled over. 😀 Thanks for the mention. I have today’s “get to know me” questions up with a linky for anyone wishing to join in. Have a good day & thanks for hosting the random fun, my friend!
For me, more work is a two edged sword — more money, less time to do other fun things. Still, i’d rather have the work.
Great funnies, and i hope you have a fabulous week!
Enjoyed your funnies!
Yeah, I’d not surf in that either. No one should be that adventurous.
I hope that things calm down for you.
Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful week.
Now I know what a seastack is. I wasn’t sure if those were surfers in the water or seagulls flying by. Crazy!
The photos are funny. I can relate to the dog one because one of my dogs is exactly like that. lol
Thanks for the laughs!
