It’s Tuesday and blah, blah, blah – I’m going to keep this week’s random short and sweet since things are a bit crazy with all the end-of-the-school-year stuff.
First, I saw this idea for making a doggy sandwich floating around on Facebook in the last few weeks:
Isn’t that a cute idea? Although I’m not sure why those that are they were calling it a ‘doggy sandwich’, when clearly it’s a ‘doggy dog’. Oh. That just sounds wrong. I get it now. I’m totally going to do something similar for the kids this summer. I’ll be sure to let you know if I do.
I cracked up, though, on someone’s picture response to the doggy sandwich:

Another cool idea that I saw (and will have to figure out an area to incorporate it), is making stepping stones using real leaves as the impression, and QuickCrete as the medium:
