Welch’s “Kitchen Table” Moments are always Special #ShareWhatsGood #MC (#sponsored)

Princess Nagger’s absolute favorite  jelly has always been Welch’s Grape Jelly – I don’t know if it has anything to do with her very first ever PB&J sandwich having Welch’s Grape Jelly on it or not:

Of course she wore most of it that day instead of eating it, but maybe she knew something we didn’t know about some sort of magical skin care regime or something.  I guess we’ll never know.

All throughout her toddler years, she always wanted a jelly sandwich – no butter, no peanut butter, just  jelly.  And it had  to be two kinds of jelly – grape and strawberry together.  And it could only be Welch’s – because she was 4 and 5 going on 30, you know, so she always specifically asked for Welch’s grape and strawberry jelly.  Smart kid.

So when we got these in the mail:

She was ecstatic, and kept wanting to break into them as soon as possible, but I made her wait until I took a picture.  Luckily she’s gotten used to the whole picture-taking thing, because now she’ll ask if I need to take a picture of anything and everything.  She’s already starting to think like a blogger.

Did you know that Welch’s believes in the magic of “kitchen table” moments?  Some of our best conversations happen around the kitchen table in my house – the camaraderie, the jokes, the teasing, luckily no food fights…yet.  Welch’s has been helping families enjoy “kitchen table” moments for generations.  Just think – in the it takes to drink a glass of juice or share a sandwich, a special moment can happen.

Hence the reason Welch’s just launched a new movement called “Share What’s Good™” – it’s all about sharing those special moments that occur each day with family, friends or loved ones, whether at home or on the go.  You should check out the website they’ve set up, conveniently called “Sharewhatsgood.com” where you’ll find a variety of excellent content from delicious recipes to fun family ideas.

You can also share of your every-day moments and see how others are doing the same on that website too.  I couldn’t resist sharing this image of Little Dude and Princess Nagger:

I was shocked to see them in such close proximity to each other not harassing each other, but Princess Nagger was actually reading Little Dude a bedtime story!  Be still my heart.

But wait, there’s more!  Welch’s is having a “Share Your Moments” Photo Contest – it’s going on now and will run until October 25th – just upload a photo of your favorite family moment for a chance to win $5,000!  One lucky winner will have a bunch of family moments to share after that win, right?

Even though there will be only one winner, everyone who enters will get a $1.50 coupon for Welch’s 100% Grape Juice – or a $2.00 coupon if you ‘share’ the news.  Simply to Sharewhatsgood.com to enter – it’s super easy!

So what are you waiting for?  Start posting some pictures so I can oooh and aaah over them, and when you post them to Twitter or Instagram, be sure to use the #sharewhatsgood hashtag so you can be entered to win!

What are your favorite family moments?

Note: I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Welch’s.  I received product samples to facilitate my review, and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.  As usual, all opinions are my own and not influenced by outside sources.  See my disclosure policy here.

Sharing is fun:

About StacyUncorked

After 20+ years in the Corporate World and years of infertility, Stacy was surprised when Princess Nagger made her miraculous appearance - deciding to forgo the career and stay home was a no-brainer. As if her hands weren't full enough, 8 years later she and her husband added Little Dude through adoption, adding a whole new dimension (of crazy) to their family and even more sleepless nights. When she’s not refereeing kids, dogs and cats, she loves to write, hence the reason she decided to start her little blog, and because she never got a baby book to mark milestones, this was the next best thing. She also enjoys doing reviews and giveaways for products she or her family would willingly use and can stand behind. She loves to cook and try new techniques to turn ordinary into extraordinary. Crafty by nature, she takes on a lot of unique projects and enjoy seeing the end result. Her favorite, of course, is making her award winning wine out of fruits and grapes. Experiments with water currently underway.
