Last week our cat Zelda was sitting on top of our pellet stove not budging – not sure what she was keeping her eye on, but I thought it was funny she barely moved as I started snapping pictures of her, so I thought I’d have some fun with them for you:

She is quite striking. Our cat won’t go near the woodstove since an unfortunate incident when it was hot and she wasn’t expecting it to be.
I’m waiting for Zelda to have that same sort of ‘incident’ once we fire up the pellet stove. 😉

HA! That’s funny, EdT! Luckily she was declawed when we got her so our furniture, walls and the dogs are safe – not that she doesn’t give it a good effort on all of the above, though. 😉

Hahaha! I love this! Aren’t all cats that way? We have 3 cats (at my mom’s) and they are all like this! In fact, I posted a picture of one of them a while back. Great post fodder – at the expense of our cats’ dignity! 😉 LOL!
