Princess Nagger and Little Dude were excited when they saw these new muffin mixes. They thought they were boxes of cereal and wanted a bowl of cereal right then and there. Little Dude pouted when I explained they weren’t actually cereal, and we needed to bake the muffins before we could eat what was inside the box. When you’re four years old, you tend to be a little impatient.

Princess Nagger is not a morning person, so getting her out of bed in time to make sure she has a good breakfast before heading off on the big yellow bus makes me have to get very creative. Thanks to Betty Crocker, now Princess Nagger can grab a muffin and a glass of cold milk, and she’s set for the race to the bus. She even loved the idea of having one as an after school snack.

At the very minimum, these new Betty Crocker muffins are a great way to make sure Princess Nagger has something for breakfast before school, no mater how long she lollygags in bed when I’m trying to wake her up.
