Did you have a nice Easter?  Princess Nagger was quite pleased with the haul the Easter Bunny left her.  Luckily she got a new Wii game that enabled her to burn off some of the sugar rush, since Mother Nature continued to send us thunderstorms and rain throughout the weekend.  The upside to the rain and hot humid weather has at least encouraged some spring budding – now if the rain would stop, I could actually get out to do some planting and take pictures.

Have you seen the video that the Marines over in Afghanistan made of Britney Spears song, “Hold It Against Me”?  It’s actually pretty funny good, so I thought I’d share it for this week’s first music choice:

  25. The “Hold It Against Me” video was really funny and well done. The other video was good – I don’t recall ever hearing Thompson Square before. I don’t listen to much modern country, but it sounded good (of course everything seems to sound good through my new Beats by Dre headphones lol).

    Thompson Square are a welcome break from all those karaoke singers from talent shows that are ruining the music industry, they will be around for a long time.

    I don’t really like Brittany Spears, but I loved the video was terrific, I love anything that helps support the morale of the troops.
    The second song was really wonderful and I adored the video.
