When GlassesUSA contacted me about reviewing their eyeglasses I was honored.  Their timing couldn’t have been more perfect as I had realized that my glasses were well over two years old.  I normally wear contacts, but wear glasses when my eyes are tired, or at the end of a very long day.  Or when I’m just feeling lazy.  Which can happen a lot when I don’t want to poke myself in the eye to put my contacts in.

Before I replied to their generous offer, I did a little sleuthing about the company.  I was pleased to find out that they’re not just out to make money, they actually care about society.  They have a program in place that ensures that any glasses that are returned to them are not simply put back into stock and sold to the next customer, but they recycle them.  How?  I’m glad you asked!  Directly from GlassesUSA:
“Well, we believe that everyone should have access to vision care. So, we donate all of our returned eyeglasses to various organizations around the US who then sanitize and redistribute the eyeglasses with the correct prescription to people all over the world who can’t afford vision care.

Seeing properly shouldn’t be a luxury – it should be a necessity. We do our best to help our customers and we take their vision needs very seriously. We are an international company with two offices: one in New Jersey (our headquarters) and one in Israel. Our eyeglasses are produced at both facilities in order to provide our customers with top quality lenses in the hottest frames available!”

Next I checked out the method they use for prescription glasses on their site – it was super easy to navigate, all I needed was the information from my eye doctor.

I actually had fun checking out all their eyeglass frames – and of course found a pair I really liked.  A lot.  Less than 10 days later my new glasses arrived.  I couldn’t be happier with how nice they are – and how comfortable they are!  I put them on immediately – they didn’t even need to be adjusted.  They. Were. Perfect.  Here, see for yourself:
I have to admit, since they’ve arrived I’ve been wearing my contacts less and my glasses more.  And I’ve been getting tons of compliments on them when I’m out and about, too.  So if you need to get new glasses, I would highly recommend GlassesUSA – they’ve been absolutely wonderful to work with, and I’m truly impressed with the quality of the frames and lenses.  I know you won’t be disappointed.

They’ve been kind enough to offer all of my readers 5% off your final order.  Simply place your order, and put Mommy5 in the coupon line.  There’s no expiration date on the coupon, either – how cool is that?

If you want to see in style, check out GlassesUSA – you won’t be disappointed!

A big thank you to GlassesUSA for providing me the cool new glasses for this review.  No other compensation was given for this review.  Disclosure policy here.
