It’s Friday and we can always count on Ann from ‘Ann Again and Again‘ to host the weekly Virtual Girls Night Out – Come join the fun! This also marks my 300th ‘official’ post – so what better way to party than with all of you at the VGNO? I’ll plan something extra special later this week to commemorate this magnificent event – feel free to make suggestions on what you would like to see…a Gift Basket giveaway? Any burning questions you might like answered? Yeah, I know, I should have been more prepared to have it happen on this post, but ya know, it snuck up on me I’ve been having too much fun posting! 😉 Now on to the fun of the VGNO…

Ann made a confession – she watches American Idol…well so do I (though I like to cheat and watch it on DVR so I can fast forward through the commercials and time consuming parts…) 😉 This week’s theme was ‘Disco’, so Ann is promoting Boogie Nights for this week’s party.

How about some music? I wasn’t a huge disco fan – probably because I was too young to appreciate it…but live bands still played Disco in the 90’s, so when my girlfriends and I would go out on our monthly GNO, we would go to the same place to hear our favorite live band play – and they always played “Brickhouse” by The Commodores… it was so much fun to dance to:

After a long week working as an assistant trainer at the Jane Fonda Exercise Studio I was ready for a night out. I went to my closet, put on my Roller Skates and headed out the door. I stopped to pick-up my friend Deney Terrio and we headed to Studio 54. This place was packed! I had just about sweated my QT Tanning Lotion off when they turned on the lights and told us it was time to boogie home. Another great night. Can you dig it? :->

  37. Happy Day after GNO! I was a party pooper myself, got involved in some cleaning, and then there was the last three minutes of the Sixers vs Magic game which just about gave me heart failure. We’ve been out and about spending quality mom/daughter time, I’m just getting to the computer.

    I almost picked Brickhouse for my song! I forgot about QT. I was a terrible shade of orange one day in the 8th grade!

    PS which side of PA are you from. I’m moving back to the Philly side in 5 weeks!
