Toni, from A Daily Dose of Toni has this great weekly ritual of posting Favorite Quotes – the quotes that people come up with are very inspiring, so if you haven’t had a chance to check out Quotable Sunday, now’s your chance! 😉 This week my patience has been tested greatly…you’ll notice that I reverted back to the standard Google comments because the JS-Kits one was too annoying for some of my readers…and I want to make sure everyone is happy, so I got rid of it…but at a price.
Somehow Blogger misplaced all the wonderful comments left on my posts throughout the past week – so before I could revert back to the standard comment mode, I needed to somehow salvage all the wonderful words that were posted. So I created image files and linked them to each post so they’d still be available for viewing. Which if course set me back ten fold on my blog-hopping and catching up…and sleep…but at least now the standard comment mode will have the easy links to your blogs so I can hop over for a visit without making you leave me a link. So at least there’s that. 🙂 Without further ado, here are the quotes for the week:

  1. These are nice quotes but I can’t lie–when I hear the word patience I immediately think of all the times my father told me “patience is learning to wait without complaining” when I was a kid–and I realize I’d be happy if I never heard the word again! LOL.

    Does it mean that by keeping your patience and not flipping out/ causing conflict, you get the peace as a result?

  13. Oh I would have died if I lost all my comments! And yay! You changed your comment approach! The last way always took me a good 5 minutes to load and have the comment go through and I would sometimes give up and not even comment. Sorry!

    I like that one. It reminds me of my life right now and I think that’s why I’m bored. I’ve done everything I can with adoption and fertility, now all I can do is wait and it’s boring.
