Can you believe it’s already Thanksgiving week? I love Thanksgiving, so I’m happy about it. For those of you (like me) who celebrate with tons of food and lots of fun, are you ready? Turkey defrosting or ordered? Side dishes plotted and planned? Good – then all that’s left is some fun music to accompany the accompaniments.
If you haven’t guessed it by now, this week’s theme for Monday’s Music Moves Me is songs about thanks or songs you’re thankful for. I always like to think outside the box, so I’ve come up with another fun eclectic mix to make everybody happy – and possibly thankful. First up, is a great song by ZZ Top with “I Thank You”:
Songs on Thanksgiving week cannot be complete without Adam Sandler’s “The Thanksgiving Song”:
When I was thinking ‘thankful and ‘fun’ songs, this one came immediately to mind. And I guarantee you’ll be singing along with Sawyer Brown, “I Thank God For You”:
And finally, a song that has been around forever and always gives me goosebumps, Louis Armstrong with “What A Wonderful World”:

I have never heard the Adam Sandler song, but I was holding my breath trying not to crack up and wake up my hubby. It was hysterical!
I love the Top song and I totally forgot about the Sawyer Brown song, but I love it and will be singing it all day today!!
