I trust everyone had a great Thanksgiving? Of course we overindulged, but that’s par for the course once a year, right? Plus, we had to do justice to the hours I slaved in the kitchen all day…heh!

Can you believe it’s the last Tuesday of November already?! Now it’s full force getting ready for Christmas – the one reason I like it better when Thanksgiving isn’t ‘late’ like it was last year, we technically have an extra week between Thanksgiving and Christmas this year, so I really appreciate the extra time.

Yesterday I started the tradition of having Hallmark Christmas movies playing in the background while I tend to Christmas-y stuff, like rearranging the furniture to accommodate the Christmas tree, and wrangling the giant inflatable Christmas dinosaur out on the back deck – I got him a friend, a 6-foot inflatable deer, so he won’t be lonely…heh!

I’ll share pictures next week of the Christmas cheer, but for now, let’s dive into the funnies, shall we?

Here’s a leftover Thanksgiving funny (no pun intended):

With the recall of Romaine lettuce (again) last week, this cracked me up:

I love this bookstore sign:

This cracked me up:

This cracked me up:

I thought this was hilarious:

This is funny:

I bet a millennial posted this one (but it is funny):

I’m pretty sure I mangled the lyrics on this one, too:

This is funny – and so true:

I absolutely love this – a toddler drew on a wall, and his dad framed it and put a tag next to it like in an art gallery:

This is funny – and oh so true:

And finally, I’m going to leave this right here for you – just remember, font matters!

That’s a wrap for this week – you know the drill, link up and join in the fun, everyone is welcome, random or not. And that means even if you don’t have a specific Random Tuesday Thoughts Rebel post posted, you can still link up, I’m not picky. You don’t even have to add the badge, just link up so I can come harass you on your blog. I promise to play nice.

  1. Gives new meaning to the line in the song To Gradmother’s House We Go, “hooray for the pumpkin pie!” indeed.

Really enjoyed the funnies and i hope you post pics of your dinosaur and his new friend.

  2. It was good that Thanksgiving was early. And I did enjoy the time with my kids. Laid back and little stress, unlike if I had others here with us.
Now to get into the idea of Christmas.
    Love those fun puns 🙂
