Well hello Tuesday! That snuck up on me – I totally forgot to get my post done yesterday like I normally do. Better late than never, right?
April has arrived! We woke up yesterday morning to a layer of snow. Hello spring, right? Mother Nature really is whackadoodle this year, isn’t she?
I hope everyone had a Happy Easter – of course everyone was very pleased with the abundance of sugar. I missed out on the perfect opportunity to pull some great pranks with Easter being on April Fool’s Day – I’m going to have to plot and plan really good pranks for next year, though, just because.
The kids are on spring break this week, so my focus is going to be wrecked more than usual, but I don’t mind. As long as you don’t mind. So this week, more funnies!!
Last week there was a lot of drama at one of our neighboring houses that’s being rented out to some dude who’s been renting out the extra bedrooms, the garage, and the uninhabitable outbuilding that skirts our property. I’ll fill you in on those details next week, but we need some of this action:

It’s a fifty-foot sculpture in South Dakota. It’s called ‘Dignity’ and was done by artist Dale Lamphere to honor the women of the Sioux Nation. How cool is that? Next time we’re in South Dakota I definitely want to check it out in person.

I had to laugh at the thing comparing the US, the UK, and Ireland, mostly because I know it’s true.
Your sense of humor and timing is just what i needed this evening. That would be a cool piece in the entryway, especially if you store your boots, gloves, scarves, etc. in it. It’s a great place to sit down and put those things on or take them off.
I loved all of your funnies! The dog reading to the puppy, the salt and lemon toothpaste, the before and after. Cracks me up! And I absolutely love the crafty idea. That would be awesome! Maybe I could do a project like that during the summer. I love it.
