Sheesh! Where did the time go? I was getting ready to shut down my computer and head up to bed, and realized I had a Blonde Moment and forgot to write my Random Tuesday Thoughts post! Not only has the time flown by today, but this year – hard to believe it’s already the final Tuesday of November! Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!

Are you gearing up for Christmas? I’m dodging the rainy days and grabbing all the Christmas decor from the garage (having a detached garage makes things more interesting when you’re avoiding the rain to haul the boxes and tubs into the house…heh!) Hopefully by this weekend I’ll have the house all decked out with Christmas joy!

Is it just me, or was Black Friday and Cyber Monday sort of ‘blah’ this year? I think they’ve become convoluted with all the retailers merging them together and dragging them out much longer than just the day. I found absolutely nothing that gave me the “Ooooh! What a great deal! I need to get it!” reaction – so I didn’t buy any Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals. I got better deals with Amazon’s Prime Day in the middle of the summer.

OK, now it’s time for some funny fun! How would you react to seeing these visitors looking in your back door? I’d be beyond excited!

After that amazing shot was posted, a couple more people posted their deer visitors:

Pretty cool, no? This, however, is so not cool:

That’s just so wrong on so many levels!

This, however, is funny – someone from our tiny town posted a picture of our local IGA’s sign:

Then commented: “Thankful for the birth of the russet, as I’ve never met a tater I didn’t like!”

And a couple of funny jokes for you:

And I’m going to leave this right here for you:

That’s a wrap for this week – you know the drill, link up and join in the fun, everyone is welcome, random or not. And that means even if you don’t have a specific Random Tuesday Thoughts Rebel post posted, you can still link up, I’m not picky. You don’t even have to add the badge, just link up so I can come harass you on your blog. I promise to play nice.

  1. That sweater — i can never unsee that.

My kids did Black Friday for one specific deal, but that was about it. Thanks for the jokes, it’s a great way to start the day!

  2. Never have done Black Friday. My 20-year-old son has already started getting Xmas things out around the house.

If deer showed up at my door, I would be a little scared because I live in an urban area.

Thanks for hosting and have a good week.

  3. I would love those deer visitors. Actually, we had some very close to the house this year, but they ate all our concord grapes so my hubby couldn’t make that kind of wine this year.

  4. I almost forgot, too! Love those deer photos! Very cool! However, the sweater with the boob deer? Not so much, but it cracked me up! And the picture of how kids dress now beside how our parents used to dress us? That is so totally true! Hope your Thanksgiving was nice. I’m ready to start the Christmas season! decorations, music, church, movies!

  5. Indeed where did the time go!
Now it’s going to be a mad rush to be everywhere during this first few weeks of this Dec. I can feel myself resisting it all already.

I’m not geared up at all.
Perhaps it will happen naturally or out of guilt 🙂

I had no money for the black Friday or Monday, so all stress was away 🙂

Sadly I’m worried about the kids not having something, but meh. Tis life.

Hey Stacy, Now I know which shirt to buy you for CHRISTMAS!!! 😀

  6. Oh my, those deer are so adorable!! Really puts you in the Christmas spirit!! We don’t celebrate Black Friday here, but I always watch out for a few specials anyways and was a bit disappointed this year as well!
