I did it again! The week sped by and I still have my camera card sitting in my media slot on my computer, and I haven’t pulled all the awesome pictures I took whilst camping and other events throughout the summer. Nary a one! Sheesh! You’d think I was a blonde or something.
Oh wait…..
Well, anyway – just be thankful I decided not to embed Brittney Spears’ “Oops I Did It Again” video in here based on my first sentence. You’re welcome.
Of course it’s now going through your head, isn’t it? Whew! That means I’m not alone!
At least I have something planned (in my head) for you this week – being that it’s the first week of September, and even though we’re roasting here in the Pacific Northwest (both literally and metaphorically), I’m looking forward to when the fall weather actually makes its imminent arrival.
I say ‘imminent’ as a way of encouraging Mother Nature to please oh please stop having hot flashes so fall can arrive. I need these 90-100 degree days to depart, especially when it makes our bedroom hotter than the hinges of hell, which makes for restless sleeping.
I love fall, it’s my favorite season – the cooler, crisper air, the colors changing, the….. everything. Just everything. I love fall.
But one does wonder, with the arrival of fall, will there be an inundation of all things pumpkin spice?
Crazy, no? Some of them I can see the validity of the pumpkin spice flavor, others not so much. But the one that I have to give a hard no to? This one:
Pumpkin spice salmon? No no no no no! Nothankyouverymuch!

Fall is my favorite season too. Love the weather, bonfires, hoodies, Halloween, and lots more. I had no idea there were so many foods/beverages with pumpkin spice flavor. Some I’d like (moonshine) and others I doubt that I would (Pringles chips).
Wow! That’s a ton of pumpkin spice items! The Kahlua and marshmallows sound tasty! And, hey, what about those photographs? Hahaha! I have some on my memory card, too, that need to be uploaded.
A little pumpkin spice is fine, but i think we’ve gotten to overkill. When it’s all one flavor, it’s boring.

I love pumpkin spice but some of these I’d have to draw the line on…well, not that they are bad the adult beverages (alcoholic) are totally out! I love peanut butter but pumpkin spice PB? It’s not calling my name. I am getting excited about making pumpkin spice lattes, though! Things will be cooling down soon and fall’s crispness will nip our cheeks. Happy random!
Please tell me they’re not suggesting pumpkin spice hummus… I think the whole pumpkin spice thing has gotten way out of hand…
Dang Girl, I’ve seen a lot of Pumpkin stuff out in the stores, but I had no idea there was THIS much!!! WOW!
That is a lot of pumpkin. I wish I liked pumpkin, but I have yet to find any pumpkin product I crave, even a pumpkin cheesecake I make for Thanksgiving.
