Have you guys seen the new Brew Over Ice K-Cups?  I have been dying  without my Keurig as we waited impatiently for the movers to arrive with all our stuff.

They finally brought our stuff just last Sunday and unloaded it into the storage unit, only then I remembered I didn’t trust them with my precious Keurig and had loaded it into the U-Boxes that were still traveling from East to West.  Which meant I still had more waiting to do.

Luckily I only had to wait until yesterday, when we finally got our three U-Boxes delivered, picked up, and unloaded on Thursday, and I located the box with the Keurig to satisfy my coffee needs.  And now some fun Brew Over Ice needs!

One of the reasons I was dying without my Keurig was not only because we love our individual coffee in the morning, but because I had gotten this to check out and report back to you on:

BrewOverIce

Excuse the red suitcase as a back-drop, we’ll be living out of our suitcases in my parents basement until our house in PA sells and the house we made an offer on here becomes a reality – this is one of the few moments I’m wishing for a fast-forward button instead of a pause button.

And looky! The ice bucket lights up!

BrewOverIce4

Pretty cool, no?  You’ll understand in a minute why I’m pointing out that little feature.  One thing I noticed is that the ice bucket was cracked on the bottom, so I didn’t put ice in it, because I love the light and want to wait until I get some glue or something to make sure the melting ice doesn’t leak down to where the light is and make the light not work anymore:

You can see the cracks a little more clearly in this shot, but this one is intended more to show you that included in this fun kit were three different versions of the Brew Over Ice variety:

BrewOverIce2

Donut Shop Sweet & Creamy Iced Coffee, Vitamin Burst Strawberry Pomegranate Fruit Brew, and Snapple Peach Iced Tea. If you own a Keurig brewer, you know how easy it is to use, and these K-Cups are no different.  Just fill a glass (and please, not a glass glass!) with ice, and away we go:

I forgot to take pics whilst brewing, so I snagged the picture off the Brew Over Ice website just for reference.  And again, no glass glasses!

All three varieties were a hit – the hubby and I shared the iced coffee so he could add his two-cents.  He thought it was a little too sweet for his taste (but he likes his coffee much stronger than I do, so for me it was perfect).

Princess Nagger and I tried the Strawberry Pomegranate Fruit Brew and both loved it, and of course we both loved the Snapple Peach Iced Tea (which she scarfed down after graciously giving me just a taste).  We’re looking forward to picking up lemonade K-Cups, since we’re big lemonade drinkers, especially in the summertime.
