Dorky Cat

Remember I mentioned our muscle-head Link last week?

StinkyLinky

Apparently he wanted to be featured again this week, because when I was trying to work on my laptop, he lay on my desk next to my arm, then rolled over on his back to get his belly rubbed.

When I didn’t give him sufficient attention, he decided to use my arm as a pillow, prohibiting me from utilizing my mouse and typing tended to be a little one-handed:

Good thing my phone has a vocal shutter trigger, or I wouldn’t have been able to show proof of his dorky ways.

If you have pets, are they dorky like ours are?

About Stacy (the Random Cool Chick)

After 20+ years in the Corporate World and years of infertility, Princess Nagger made her miraculous appearance and I chose to become a SAHM and WAHM - I love every minute of it. We added Little Dude through adoption, adding a whole new dimension to our family. We have an eclectic mix of pets: dogs, cats, birds and fish. I love to cook and try new techniques to turn ordinary into extraordinary. Crafty by nature, I take on a lot of unique projects and enjoy seeing the end result. My favorite, of course, is making my own wine out of fruits and grapes. Experiments with water currently underway. I blog about the joys of parenting, family, friends, life, love and anything else that strikes my fancy. I do enjoy doing reviews and giveaways for products I use, believe in and can stand behind.

  1. I think Link is a very smart kitty! I jump on my human’s desk and poke her a bunch of times, which is a lot more labor-intensive.

  2. He is so handsome of course he wants all the attention 🙂 And most likely he deserves it too 🙂

    Hugs and happy Wednesday, Stacy.

  3. Stacy, I did something crazy, I let my husband post today…eeks! Let me know what you think. LOL! I would love to meet you someday my friend.

  4. We don’t have pets as yet, but there have been mentions of a cat.
I prefer dogs, but I’ll compromise.

But yes your kitty is letting you know who is boss. 🙂

    Too cute,

  5. What a gorgeous kitty cat! He looks so silky soft and lovable! My kitties don’t like to pose for pictures at all… I just pull it out and they scatter everywhere!

  6. Cute cat. My pets are dogs and one of my favourites has a way of holding down the broom when I am sweeping!:) Thanks for hosting and enjoy the rest of your Wednesday.

  7. Our cat Finn, loves to lay on my keyboard and nap. I have to be super careful to always lock my laptop, otherwise she tends to send messages and leave status updates on FB. 🙂

  8. What a beautiful coat, so soft and silky! I want a cat so bad but Ryan is dead set against it. We had one a few years ago and he let himself out of our house and literally moved himself into our neighbors house. They still have him.
