Hot Chocolate Dragon

I had high hopes that I’d be sharing amazing snow pictures with you today, but since Nemo decided to bypass us completely, I’m empty handed.  But I’m sure you’re tired of hearing me lament about the lack of snow here, particularly those of you who got inundated and are probably pretty sick of the white stuff about now.  So instead, I thought I’d share ’s .

She loves making with the Keurig – if anything else, because it’s super easy for her to do, so she can have whenever the craving hits.  The craving hit this past weekend, and after she returned to the living room she came in the kitchen excitedly telling me I needed to come in to the living room and bring my camera.

PN:  “Mama, come quick and bring your camera – you have got to see this!”

Me:  “OK, sure, hold on a minute….”

PN:  “I don’t think I have a minute, you better hurry!”

When I came into the room, camera in hand, she excitedly pointed at her cup of hot chocolate.

PN:  “Look!  Can you see it?  Take a picture!  You have to blog about this!”

I looked at the cup and didn’t quite see anything, but I snapped a few shots anyway:

PN:  “Do you see it, do you see it?  I was just blowing on it to cool it off, and I made a ! Can you see it?”

Me:  “That is really cool – I can see it!”

Can you see the dragon in the hot chocolate?

  1. Just think – she also has a future as a barista, in case she needs some expense money while going to school!

    Happy WW!

  2. I can’t see it. :o( I even went back after reading the comments and tried tilting my head to the left. I was never any good at magic eyes either. x

  3. That my dear PN is a cat! see wiskers, and big head and bigger belly. Yep it’s a cat and those swirly parts in the middle of the belly? yep tail.

  4. I saw it two ways. One was the dragon and the other was a dinosaur. Seems PN has the eye of an artist.

  5. That is really awesome! I love digital imaging! Imagine not being able to see if you captured it on your film camera! What a bummer that would have been! thanks for sharing!

  6. That’s great!!! I love how you outlined it to show us!

My 7 year old did that with a waffle. It wasn’t a dragon of course. That would be crazy if it happened to be. I’d say they would be made for each other. He ate it into the shape of Nebraska. Then wanted me to take a picture.

  7. Dragons in your Hot Chocolate huh? Honey, have you been at your computer to long, are you getting the proper rest? It’s okay you can go with the nice gentlemen in the white coats. They’ve got candy! ~snicker-snicker~
