Still Diggin’ Dinosaurs

Even though Princess Nagger hasn’t been as verbally enthusiastic about dinosaurs as of late, it was nice to see her excitement when she saw a stone dinosaur statue at one of the rest stops on our road trip:

Naturally she had to pose with it, because, as she commented, it’s too cool:

I’m so glad to see that 5 years later she’s still diggin’ dinosaurs.

Wishing you and yours a happy and safe 4th of July!

Oh yes, she does look like she’s in her glory doesn’t she. Well, it was a scorcher today and I’ll tell you if it’s this hot tomorrow we’re going to watch the fireworks on the boob tube! Have a happy, fun & safe fourth.

When I was your girl’s age and younger, I loved dinosaurs too! I wish she had been around when I was in grade school (or vice versa) – we would have been best buds! Nobody else at the time shared my interests.

Good to hear she is still interested in dinosaurs. They have been a fascination of mine since I was about her age, and now I am so fortunate to live close to a building FULL of them! I wonder where I’ll be going today? ;-)

Happy WW, and Happy 4th!

They may lose their ‘coolness’ level a little as kids grow up but then, when they get older, they’ll probably come to admire these awesome creatures for an entirely different set of reasons! My brother still loves dinosaurs and he’s going on 30! :P
