When we were at the dentist yesterday, we noticed an unusual addition out front:
Yes, that’s what it looks like. A toothbrush tree (and a tooth):
It used to be a big shade tree for the metered parking on the city street, but recent storms damaged it. So they had it turned into a work of art. Princess Nagger commented that it looks like the tooth has a cavity.
Pretty cool, don’t you think?

haha Toothbrush Tree, huh! Your child is one in a million I’d say! She comes up with the cutest things to say sometimes. Guess that’s because she is a little cutie. Have a Happy WW.
Very cool. And I love that it has a cavity!
Wow now that’s creativity but placed out in front of the perfect store You’ll never drive by your dentist again lol
That is pretty cool for sure!!!!! Love it…such a great way to treat some tree damage!!
Hugs

What a great way to re-use a damaged tree! And, I think it is wonderful that the Princess recognizes the cavity! And, my goodness, that Angry Bird is about as big as she is!
Happy WW!

Oh wow! That is so cool! What a way to work with nature. I didn’t realize until I read the post that they carved the existing tree that was standing there. That IS pretty cool!
That is cool!
That is so cool! I love that sculpture. I’ve heard of them doing that with “Katrina trees” in New Orleans, but I’ve never seen it near me. Very creative!
VERY cool!!
LOL I was thinking the same thing as the Princess! But it’s a really cool piece.
Very cool! Thanks for linking up at Momma T and Baby E!
That is so cool! I love that they turned into a work of art instead of ripping it out the ground. So clever!
That cavity makes me cringe. Hope you guys had an easy dental visit.
How fun, and what a great way to re-purpose the tree.
That’s cool that they found a use for the damaged tree instead of cutting it down. The dentist office better not close or move!
What a clever idea!!
That is so cool. I love it!
Do you rub it for straight teeth or something?
I think it really cool! What a great way to reuse wood!
That does look like a cavity!!!
Hey! I gave you a sunshine award today! Put on your sunscren and go grab it!

Maybe if my granddaughter had a toothbrush tree she would remember to brush her teeth! Her mom and dad battle every day to get her to brush!
It definitely has a cavity. The dentist should put a big, shiny filling in it! 🙂
It is creative, however, the cynic in my reacted with the thought “just what the world needs, a dentist with a sense of humor”
That is totally cool! And how clever.
Very cool!!
Ya, cool tooth and toothbrush, but what really caught our eye was the gian Angry Bird that PN is holding. J-Man was really impressed with that.
Great pics! Love the angry bird bag. There were a lot of trees in Biloxi, MS that were carved using chain saws after Hurricane Katrina. They are amazing!
We have several places that have done this around here too. It’s a great way to create rather than tear down. 🙂
Oh man! That’s hilarious! The tooth TOTALLY has a cavity! lol
I love this and the fact that she is carrying around her HUGE angry bird!
That is pretty cool. Great way to make the best of a difficult situation too.

That’s awesome! I’m a woodcarver, so there’s nothing I hate more than to see a tree just cut down and wasted. I’m glad they had the foresight to create some pretty advertising!
That is way too cool! What a creative way of using that poor old tree! Kudos to the dentist! 🙂
That is awesome! I love finding things like that when I am out and about… I need to get out and about more!
ha ha ha ha, thanks that the damage just made a cavity, if it is big then the doctor needs to pull out the tooth, then the tooth brush would pass very lonely time, but why did they are not creating a tooth pest also, then it might seen more interesting. I though Colgate will be great one for that.lol
I need this brush to give to my Grand Mum, she will must love this gift because she dont have any teeth, but she still buy tooth brush and tell that its my hobby.lol…ha ha ha ha i cant think that a person who dont have a single teeth but her hobby is to collect tooth brush. 😛
