I saw this over at The Blessed Country Mom and thought I’d join in this week with Sky Watch Friday.

I took these in the furthest part of our backyard, affectionately referred to as ‘The Back 40’. The leaves were just coming in on the poplar trees – note the stark difference between the dead/dying weeping willow:
Notice the location of the dead/dying weeping willow – as large branches have fallen off over the winter, we were lucky that not one of those branches landed on my greenhouse:
Only one tiny cloud was lazily floating in the sky that day:
As I was taking the pictures, an airplane flew overhead – it was cool to see it against the clear blue sky:
And as it flew away, it looked like one of the scattered pieces of that former puffy cloud:

  1. That willow looks very close to the green house! We have a huge willow in our backyard that we love, but it takes a lot of maintenance. What a clear, blue sky!

  2. I’m so jealous, I’ve always wanted a green house.
    Have a great weekend.

These pictures are amazing, but I hope you’re planning on having that tree cut down this year. If it falls on your greenhouse, it’s toast!
