It’s Monday! You know what that means, don’t you? Time for the Not Me Monday Carnival! After you’re done reading what I absolutely did not do, head on over to MckMamma’s, she’s guaranteed to make you laugh – or at least feel better about your week. This is too much fun not to participate in! 😉

I did not think the Princess Nagger was just being an ultra Drama Queen when she complained of her mouth hurting, and I did not tell her to suck it up, because I did not assume her molars were coming in…nope, not me!

I did not totally freak out when the Princess Nagger had blood all over her face Friday morning, and did not almost freak out when it happened again Saturday morning.

I did not promise the Princess Nagger that her emergency dental visit Friday would be pain free, because I really couldn’t know for sure…nope, not me!

I did not almost cry when she was kicking and screaming like a banshee as her tooth was being pulled, because I am way stronger than that.

I was not ultra relieved when the swelling finally started to recede on the Poor Pitiful Princess Nagger’s chipmunk face, and was not ecstatic when she finally ate some solid food.

I did not get totally waylaid by the Cling-on that is Princess Nagger which did not severely limit my blogging time over the weekend.

I did not feel guilty about getting impatient because the Princess Nagger did not resort to an excessive amount of whining and crying because she was not frustrated with not being able to chew and did not hound me every 5 minutes because she was not feeling miserable.

I did not placate the Princess Nagger by playing hours of video games with her instead of blogging…nope, not me!

I did not have to postpone my Sunday Segment until next week, because I was not bombarded with Princess Nagger antics and would not put my poor readers through the agony of having to wait another week…nope, not me!

When it rains it does not pour, because our furnace did not decide to stop working Sunday evening. It was not blustery cold, because we did not have a ‘wind advisory’ in effect.

I did not write this post at Midnight Sunday night because I did not finally get the Princess Nagger to fall asleep. I did not want to make sure that I had a ‘Not Me! Monday’ post ready to post automatically since I will not not be up very early this morning. I will not be hiding under the feather comforter until someone does not come to look at the furnace because I am not freezing cold…nope, not me!

  7. I am NOT taking advantage of the fact that it is Monday – kids are at school and am NOT sitting on my a– all day in front of the computer and NOT doing laundry and cleaning the house!!!!!

    So glad Princess is feeling better. Sick kids are so sad.

    I can relate to the furnace thing – last month the motor on our furnace died during that MINUS 14 cold snap we had. Luckily it was during the week so I didn’t have to pay the guy double time to fix it.

  13. I hope she feels better soon and your post is remarkably similar to the things I didn;t do with hubby after he got his wisdom teeth out this weekend LOL Happy NMM!

    I’m NOT going to participate in winter anymore. I am NOT picking up that frickin’ shovel until November. So there.

  18. Aww, I would have cried too. They had to put an IV in Graham’s hand when he got dehydrated and I had to pin him down while my tears were falling on his little screaming face, it was terrible.

  21. Spring is around the corner…as of today, those that are they are predicting 63 degree weather on Saturday… 😉

  22. I used to prefer cold weather over hot weather…but cold weather is not so much fun when the furnace isn’t working to at least take the chill off the air… 😉
